Thursday traffic: Incidents in Balto. City, Balto. County

Three local traffic incidents, including two in Baltimore County, hampered traffic toward the end of Thursday morning's rush hour, according to the state Department of Transportation.

A two-vehicle collision in Baltimore County on the inner loop at Interstate 695 at the US 40 exit closed one of four traffic lanes and one of two traffic shoulders at 9:13 a.m., DOT said. And a utility problem on US 1 South prior to Interstate 1-95 in Baltimore County that occurred at 8:32 a.m., continued to close one of two southbound traffic lanes, one of two southbound traffic shoulders and a right turn lane about 30 minutes later, DOT said.

In Baltimore City, an incident on Interstate 95 South on the first bore of the Fort McHenry Tunnel closed one of four southbound tunnel lanes at 9:11 a.m., DOT said.

Morning-long minor delays on the light rail continued at 9:25 a.m., according to the Maryland Transit Authority.
