Man climbs fence at closed Towson tow lot to retrieve his car [Crime log]

A man climbed a locked fence early on Saturday to retrieve his towed car but was discovered before he could drive away, Baltimore County Police report. On March 3, at about 2:30 a.m., a man climbed the fence surrounding the car lot at Pollard's Towing in the unit block of Ensor Avenue in Towson and was found at the lot. Perry Christopher Halley, 22 of the 1500 block of Oakland Road in Randallstown, was arrested, police report.


Barkside Road, 8100 block, between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. March. 1. Playstation Vita and two video games stolen.

Halstead Road, 1000 block, between 9:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Feb. 25. White 16GB iPad, laptop, two Bulgari watches stolen from apartment.

Lambourne Road, unit block, at 12:30 p.m. Feb. 25. Fire started in paper recycling bin.

Dumbarton Road, 100 block, between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Feb. 25. Cat stolen from apartment.


Deep Dale Road, 200 block, between 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. March. 1. Residence entered by removing window frame. No items taken.


Beaverdam Road, 10700 block, at 1:55 p.m. Feb. 26. Woman punched, kicked window to gain access to motel suite at Chase Suite Motel. Phyllis Jean Kavanagh, 51, of unit block of Tudor Court in Lutherville-Timonium, arrested for third-degree burglary and destruction of property.
