A third person has been arrested in connection with a November armed robbery in Aberdeen.
Jerrard Christopher Wilmore, 21, who has addresses in the first block of Church Green Avenue in Aberdeen and the first block of Collins Drive in Perryville, was arrested Thursday. He is charged in the Nov. 12 robbery of Northside Liquors, in the 200 block of North Philadelphia Boulevard, with armed robbery, robbery, first- and second-degree assault, use of a handgun in commission of a felony and theft less than $1,000. He is being held at the Harford County Detention Center on $250,000 bail.
Wilmore and two others, Jerrod Antonio Webster, 20, of the first block of South Law Street in Aberdeen, and Brandon Lamar Williams, 20, of the first block of Church Green Avenue in Aberdeen, allegedly robbed the liquor store as it was closing on Nov. 12.
Webster and Williams, facing the same charges as Wilmore, were arrested Feb. 8. Webster is scheduled to have a preliminary hearing in district court March 7; Williams’ hearing is scheduled for March 11. Wilmore is also scheduled for a preliminary hearing March 11.
According to the statement of charges, three men came up to an employee of the store, in the 200 block of North Philadelphia Boulevard, and pointed a gun in his face when he informed them the store was closed.
One of the men then told him to back up while the other two allegedly went to the register and stole $300 to $400.
An officer found what appeared to be one of their jackets at Aberdeen Middle School.
In their investigation, police determined the three allegedly responsible for the robbery, according to charging documents. On Jan. 29, a person arrested on an unrelated matter gave police the names of Williams Webster and Wilmore as the three who allegedly robbed the liquor store. And on Feb. 5, police received another tip with the same three names.
Williams was questioned by police on Jan. 30 and he told police about his part in the alleged robbery as well as the alleged roles of Webster and Wilmore.
