To New Orleans with love.

That's the goal anyway for Baltimoreans planning to gather at the Inner Harbor Monday to send off the Super Bowl XLVII-bound Ravens to the Big Easy to face the San Francisco 49ers this weekend.

Fans, team cheerleaders and dignitaries are set to gather on the waterfront by 12:15 p.m. when head coach John Harbaugh and resident superhero Ray Lewis -- among other players and coaches -- arrive. Members of the Ravens 2000 Super Bowl XXXV are also expected to attend.

Entertainment began at 6 a.m. at the Tir Na Nog restaurant with radio station 98Rock. At the amphitheater at 10:30 a.m., cover band Faded Image will join Ravens cheerleaders, Marching Ravens musicians and team mascot Poe.

WBAL's "Voice of the Ravens" Gerry Sandusky will officially kick off the rally at 11:30 a.m.

Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake is expected to deliver remarks.
