Ravens linebacker Dannell Ellerbe did not practice Thursday

Four Ravens, including Haloti Ngata and Dennis Pitta, limited in practice

As the Ravens prepare to meet the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl XLVII on Feb. 3, Dannell Ellerbe was the only player to miss Thursday’s practice. The starting inside linebacker is dealing with ankle and back injuries.

Four players participated on a limited basis: defensive tackle Haloti Ngata (knee), tight end Dennis Pitta (thigh), wide receiver David Reed (hamstring) and cornerback Asa Jackson (hamstring).

Fourteen players on the injury report fully practiced: outside linebackers Terrell Suggs (right Achilles tendon/torn right biceps) and Albert McClellan (shoulder), wide receivers Anquan Boldin (shoulder) and Tandon Doss (ankle), strong safeties Bernard Pollard (ribs) and James Ihedigbo (knee), inside linebacker Ray Lewis (torn right triceps), free safety Ed Reed (shoulder), right guard Marshal Yanda (shoulder), fullback Vonta Leach (knee/ankle), defensive end Pernell McPhee, nose tackle Terrence Cody (foot), cornerback Jimmy Smith (sports hernia) and rookie running back Bernard Pierce (knee).

The 49ers practiced without starting outside linebacker Ahmad Brooks (shoulder). Outside linebacker Aldon Smith (shoulder) and cornerback Tarell Brown (shoulder) were limited Thursday.

Five starters on the injury report fully participated: inside linebackers Patrick Willis (shoulder) and Navorro Bowman (shoulder), running back Frank Gore (ankle/shoulder), defensive end Justin Smith (elbow/triceps) and left guard Mike Iupati (shoulder).
