Weekly Maryland recruiting roundup

Maryland men's basketball fans in this state will have a chance to see both of the Terps' 2013 signees in action this weekend.

Roddy Peters' Suitland squad and Damonte Dodd's Massanutten Military Academy team will both participate in the DMV Tip-Off Classic at Wise High in Upper Marlboro on Saturday.

Massanutten takes on Mount Zion Prep of Baltimore at 1:45 p.m. Peters, who plans to have shoulder surgery next week, will lead the Rams against St. John's (D.C.) at 3:30 p.m.

Tickets will be available at the door Saturday. The cost is $15 for adults, $10 for students and free for children 6 or younger. For more information, email dmvtipoffclassic@gmail.com.
