Maryland State Police and Sheriff's Office reports:

Aberdeen

Angel Luis Alicea, 27, of the 600 block of West Market Street, was charged Saturday with being a fugitive from Pennsylvania justice.

Julie Tomar Paradis, 30, of the 600 block of West Bel Air Avenue, was charged Saturday with two counts of possessing a drug other than marijuana.

Someone stole a TV then broke in and put it back Friday in the 1500 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

Medicine might have been stolen Friday in the 1000 block of Old Philadelphia Road.

A shed was broken into and a dirt bike taken Friday in the 1500 block of Carsins Run Road.

Aberdeen police:

Someone was pointing a green laser at other vehicles Thursday at Route 40 and Walmart Way.

Two people were shoplifting at Walmart Thursday, and two more were shoplifting Friday.

An apartment door was kicked in Friday in the first block of North Post Road.

Appliances, a lawn mower and other items were stolen Friday from a home in the first block of West Aztec Street.

DVDs were reported stolen Friday from the Aberdeen Library.

A door was kicked in Friday in the 600 block of West Bel Air Avenue.

A safe was broken into and items taken Friday in the 300 block of Center Deen Avenue.

Someone was trying to break in Friday in the 100 block of Alton Street.

A theft was reported at the Shell station, in the 1000 block of Middleton Lane, on Friday.

A bulb was stolen from a security light by a known suspect Saturday in the 1500 block of South Parke Street.

Two juveniles were throwing items at cars from the roof at Mars in the 1000 block of Beards Hill Road on Saturday.

Conrad Joseph Jablecki, 26, of the 600 block of Sandray Terrace, was charged Friday with theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Paula Kay Metaxa, 62, of the 200 block of Fairwood Road, was charged Friday with violating probation in a case in which she was charged with dumping litter less than 100 pounds.

Linda Ganoe, 51, of the 1400 block of Bonnie Terrace, was charged Friday with three counts of animal abuse.

Marcelles Alexander Kenly, 26, of the 900 block of Rock Spring Road, was charged Friday with possessing a drug other than marijuana, possession with the intent to distribute and resisting arrest.

Kevin Tyler Brooks, 20, of the 300 block of Sandown Park Street, was charged Friday with possessing marijuana, possessing a drug other than marijuana, obstructing and possessing drugs while detained.

Brandon Montgomery, 34, of the 600 block of Lochern Terrace, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct, failing to obey a lawful order and resisting arrest.

Ryan William Ewing, 23, of the 1800 block of Green Blade Court, was charged Monday with first-degree burglary, second-degree assault, malicious destruction of property greater than $500, theft below $1,000 and false imprisonment.

A home was broken into Thursday in the 800 block of Wheel Road.

Two generators were stolen Thursday in the 1400 block of Shirley Drive.

A front window was broken Friday in the 1200 block of Marywood Drive.

A purse was stolen Saturday in the 800 block of High Plain Drive.

Belcamp

A possible break-in was reported Saturday in the 4500 block of Perkins Place.

Darlington

Richard William Morehead, 44, of the 3900 block of Conowingo Road, was charged Saturday with marijuana possession.

Edgewood

Shane Ryan Didomenico, 24, of the 600 block of Yorkshire Drive, was charged Thursday with violating his probation in a case in which he was found guilty of theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Ryan Martin Grimm, 22, of the 1400 block of Charlestown Drive, was charged Thursday with third-degree and fourth-degree sex offense, and assault.

Kenneth Alexander Masta, 50, of the 3000 block of Ebbtide Drive, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

James Wallace Bey, 30, of the 2000 block of Rockwell Street, was charged Friday with trespassing.

A camper was broken into Thursday in the 600 block of Tupelo Court.

A theft was reported from a vehicle Thursday in the 700 block of Tulip Court.

Juveniles were running around shooting a BB gun Thursday in the 3100 block of Sounding Drive.

A bicycle was stolen Thursday from the 2000 block of Bayberry Road.

Vehicles were missing Friday in the 1600 block of Candlewood Court.

A theft was reported from a business Friday in the 2100 block of Pulaski Highway.

A burglary was reported Friday in the 700 block of Sequoia Drive.

A burglary was reported Friday in an apartment in the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way.

Keys were stolen Friday at Route 40 and Gateway Road.

A car was missing Friday from a parking lot in the 2100 block of Cedar Drive.

Someone broke into a shed Friday in the 600 block of Sequoia Drive.

A phone and medications were stolen Friday in the 600 block of Banyan Road.

Credit cards were stolen Saturday in the 1200 block of Paul Martin Drive.

Fallston

Tyler Steven Scarinzi, 22, of the 3100 block of Charles Street, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.
