Harford County police blotter: Juveniles break into cars in Abingdon

Arthur Collin Flanigan, 35, of the first block of County Road, was charged Thursday with driving with an obstructed window view, failing to display a registration card on demand and driving on the highway without required license.

Jamierra Lashay Johnson, 20, of the 300 block of Plaza Court, was charged Thursday with driving a motor vehicle on a highway even though her license had been suspended, and exceeding the speed limit.

Christopher Grant Eller, 37, of the first block of Aberdeen Avenue, was charged Thursday with driving a vehicle even though his license had been suspended and failing to properly equip headlamps on a vehicle.

David Lee Farmer, 24, of the 1800 block of Park Beach Drive, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving without the required license and authorization.

Gary Christopher Osborne, 50, of the 400 block of Ruby Drive, was charged Monday with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

A person was refusing to leave Friday in the 200 block of Mayberry Drive.

Someone spilled a trash can in the 3100 block of Nova Scotia Road Friday.

A juvenile possibly had a gun Friday on a playground at Possum Trot and Wineberry ways.

Joseph T. Dausch, 46, of the 400 block of South Stepney Road, was charged Friday with leaving a vehicle on the highway.

Kevin O. Clayton, 47, of the 500 block of Booth Street in Elkton, was issued a citation Friday for an alcohol violation.

Henry Wittington, 52, of the 1900 block of Fletcher Road, was charged Friday with a drinking and driving offense.

Shaundre D. Kellum-Gee, 21, of the first block of Smith Avenue, was charged Saturday with failure to obey a lawful police order.

Raymond L. Dooley, 41, of the 100 block of Bellance Lane in New Castle, Del., was charged Saturday with a drinking and driving offense.

Renae Willis-Williams, 43, of the 1400 block of Primrose Street in Abingdon, was arrested Saturday on an alcohol charge.

Marquita Dinae Dennis, 27, of the 100 block of Tennyson Court, was charged Sunday with marijuana possession. She was also charged with a drinking and driving offense.

Rebecca Lynn Wilson, 34, of the 400 block of Pollack Drive, was charged Sunday with marijuana possession.

Eddie B. Milan, 52, of the 600 block of Millers Hill in Kennett Square, Pa., was charged last Wednesday with a drinking and driving offense.
