Ymani Raheem Johnson, 18, of the 600 block of Harpark Court, was charged Friday with two counts of second-degree assault.

Timothy Eric Bing, 34, of the 1300 block of Gold Meadow Way, was charged Saturday with possessing a drug other than marijuana.

Vandalism was reported Thursday in the 700 block of Bayberry Road.

Someone threw a flashlight through a back window in the 300 block of Broadneck Crossing Road on Thursday.

A car was stolen Thursday in the 700 block of Sequoia Drive.

Scooter and a bike were stolen Friday in the 700 block of Edgewood Road.

Someone tried to break into a property Friday in the 900 block of Pirates Court.

Daniel Carl Slater, 43, of the first block of Penn National Court, was charged Thursday with driving the wrong way on a one-way street and driving while under the influence of the alcohol.

Ryan S. Brzowsky, 24, of the 800 block of Bear Cabin, was charged Friday with first-degree burglary.

Ralph B. Clayton, 40, of the 1200 block of West Jarrettsville Road, was charged Saturday with providing a false statement to an officer, resisting arrest, possessing paraphernalia and obstructing and hindering.

Havre de Grace police report:

A white 1997 Honda Civic was stolen Friday in the 100 block of Bloomsbury Avenue. There are no suspects at this time.

Perry Point

Lamont Scott, 54, of the 1100 block of Fourth Street, was charged Saturday with possessing a drug other than marijuana and possessing paraphernalia.

Street

Ryan L. McMillan, 23, of the 3200 block of Conowingo Road, was charged Saturday with theft between $1,000 and $10,000, fourth-degree burglary, possessing a drug other than marijuana and two counts of possessing paraphernalia.

A theft was reported Tuesday at Route 1 and Route 136.

A possible burglary was reported Friday in the 4300 block of Madonna Road.

Whiteford

William Jesse Garrison, 38, of the 1600 block of Main Street, was charged Friday with second-degree escape.

James Edward Hyland, 31, of the 600 block of South Marlyn Avenue in Essex, was charged Tuesday with possessing a drug other than marijuana, distributing narcotics, possessing drugs with intent to distribute and possessing paraphernalia.

Justin Glen Mastrippolito, 22, of the 400 block of Hodgson Street in Oxford, Pa., was charged Tuesday with being a fugitive from Pennsylvania justice.

Janet Cook, 34, of the 3700 block of White Pine Road in Middle River, was charged Tuesday with theft under $1,000.

Gregory Thomas Bryan, 45, of the 1000 block of East Baltimore Street in Baltimore, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for a case in which he was found guilty of possessing paraphernalia.

Ieshia McCain, 37, of the 3400 block of Kilburn Circle in Richmond, Va., was charged last Thursday with being a fugitive from Pennsylvania justice.

Anthony Tagliaferro, 32, of the 12000 block of Richmond Street in Chester, Va., was charged last Thursday with driving a vehicle without appropriate illumination, having a handgun in a vehicle and having a handgun on his person.

Michael Reid Jr., 37, of the 7800 block of Rugby Street in Philadelphia, was charged Friday with exceeding the maximum speed limit, consuming an alcoholic beverage in the car, possessing marijuana, possessing drugs with an intent to distribute, possessing paraphernalia and three counts of possessing a drug other than marijuana.

Joseph M. Allen, 31, of the 8000 block of Delhaven Place in Dundalk, was charged Friday with possessing a drug other than marijuana and possessing drugs with intent to distribute.

Derek J. Smith, 23, of the 700 block of North Brokate Road in Port Clinton, Ohio, was charged Saturday with possessing marijuana and possessing drugs with intent to distribute.
