Maryland State Police and Harford County Sheriff's Office reports:

Aberdeen

Djbril Ramatoulay, 20, of the 700 block of West Bel Air Avenue, was charged Thursday with possessing marijuana and paraphernalia.

Gerad Forte, of the 900 block of Edmund Street, was charged Thursday with having trash on his property.

Travoy Anthony Harvey, 25, of the 100 block of West Aztec Street, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

Abingdon

A theft from a vehicle was reported Thursday in the 3300 block of Meadow Valley Drive.

Mailboxes were hit by a vehicle Thursday in the 2800 block of Preston Lane.

Juveniles were urinating on cars Thursday on Laurentum Parkway.

A lock was vandalized Thursday in the 300 block of Laurel Woods Drive.

A truck was broken into Thursday in the 3100 block of Deer Creek Drive.

An attempted burglary was reported Friday in the 2900 block of Colchester Court.

An Xbox was stolen Friday in the 1400 block of My Lady's Drive.

Bel Air

Carl Robert Alexander, 23, of the 2200 block of Ady Road, was arrested Friday on a warrant for a case in which he was charged with theft under $100 and giving a false statement to an officer.

Robert J. Salamone, 18, of the 1400 block of Lytham Court, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

Edmund Claves Cochran Jr., 34, of the 100 block of Chatam Place, was charged Friday with two counts of second-degree assault.

Patrick William Doyle, 47, of the 700 block of Rock Spring Road, was arrested Saturday for a case in which he was charged with malicious destruction of property less than $500 and being rogue and vagabond.

Ashley Patricia Olney, 20, of the 500 block of Park Manor Circle, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Brian P. Sullivan, 20, of the 2300 block of Edwards Lane, was charged Saturday with two counts of second-degree assault on law enforcement, two counts of second-degree assault, failing to obey a reasonable and lawful order and obstructing and hindering.

A trailer was broken into Thursday in the 2200 block of Conowingo Road.

A car was broken into Thursday in the 2200 block of Erin Way.

A theft from a vehicle was reported Thursday in the 1700 block of Edwin Drive.

Vandalism was reported Thursday on Red Pump Road.

Theft was reported Thursday in the 400 block of Zinnia Court.

A theft was reported from a vehicle Thursday in the 600 block of Kildonan Court.

A theft was reported from a vehicle Thursday in the 300 block of Point to Point Road.

A theft was reported from a garage Thursday in the 200 block of Rolling Knoll Drive.

Someone shot a BB through a window Friday in the 2200 block of Byrnes Court.

Bel Air police report:

A man was trespassing Thursday in the first block of West Broadway.

A purse was stolen Thursday from Bellissimo's restaurant, in the 500 block of Marketplace Drive.

A vehicle was stolen last Wednesday in the 300 block of Canterbury Road.

A taxi customer refused to pay Oct. 22 at Hickory Court Apartments, in the 100 block of North Hickory Avenue.

Items were stolen from Auto Zone, at South Atwood Road and Baltimore Pike, on Oct. 22.

Graffiti was reported in Pac Sun store at Harford Mall on Oct. 22.

A sign was vandalized Oct. 22 in the 100 block of East Broadway.

Someone tried to kick in the front door of a business in the first block of East Gordon Street on Oct. 22.

Graffiti was reported Oct. 20 outside Vaccarro's at Harford Mall.

A cell phone and other items were stolen from a vehicle that was broken into Oct. 20 at Harford Mall.

A possible theft was reported Oct. 20 at the Dark Horse Saloon.

A theft was reported Oct. 19 from a vehicle in the 600 block of Baltimore Pike.

A theft was reported Oct. 18 at Bel Air High School.

An assault was reported Oct. 18 at Pete's Cycle, on Route 1 and South Atwood Road.

A bicycle was stolen Oct. 18 at Mars, in the 500 block of Baltimore Pike.

Belcamp

Amanda M. Neiser, 26, and Jessica L. Fowler, 21, both of the 200 block of Golden Eagle Way, were charged Saturday with second-degree assault. Tracey G. Fowler, 44, of the same address was charged with two counts of possessing a drug other than marijuana.

Darlington

Gina Marie Ciulla Bentley, 41, of the 4200 block of Conowingo Road, was arrested Friday on a warrant for a case in which she was charged with possessing a drug other than marijuana.

Edgewood

Jimmie Delano Mack Jr., 37, of the 1800 block of Waltman Road, was charged Friday with failing to register as a sex offender or providing false information.

Charles Raymond Guy, 29, of the 1200 block of Pinefield Court, was arrested Friday for failing to appear in a case in which he was charged with driving on a suspended license and driving an uninsured vehicle.

Charles B. Mackert, 46, of the 1200 block of Edgewood Road, was charged Friday with trespassing on private property.

Christopher Andrew Booth, 45, of the 1400 block of Harford Square Drive, was charged Friday with 11 counts of violating a protective order, harassment and telephone misuse.
