Towson crime log: iPhone snatched from restaurant patron

Baltimore County Police reports say a man was robbed last week of his iPhone while he was sitting in a restaurant in Towson.

According to police reports, the man was sitting at a table in a restaurant in the 500 block of York Road on Oct. 15 at about 7:35 p.m.

As they passed by the table, two men struck the victim in the face and took his iPhone.

County police reported that two men were detained farther up York Road near Towson Town Center, and phone was recovered. Arrested were Jermaine Antwane Wyatt, 21, and Andre Donta Brishan, 24, both of Baltimore.

Halstead Road, 1300 block, between 5:30 p.m. Oct. 20 and 11:44 a.m. Oct. 21. Attempt made to break into shed.

Donnybrook Lane, 200 block, between 12:30 and 6:45 a.m. Oct. 19. Four Gibson air conditioning/heat pump units stolen from Donnybrook Apartments.

Rolandvue Road, 900 block, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Oct. 18. Reed and Baron silver flatware set stolen from home.

Maywood Avenue, 1400 block, between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Oct. 17. Black bicycle stolen from detached garage. Door was unlocked.

LaSalle Road, 8600 block, between 6:30 p.m. Oct. 17 and 9 a.m. Oct. 18. Five laptops, three computer docking ports stolen from Arch Insurance.

Walnut Hill Road, 1400 block, between 8 p.m. Oct. 16 and 8:30 a.m. Oct. 17. Someone entered unlocked garage, searched two vehicles. No items taken.

Hillen Road, 6100 block, between 4 p.m. Oct. 16 and 3:30 a.m. Oct. 17. A total of 275 gallons of diesel fuel and 275 gallons of heating oil stolen from Mount Pleasant Golf Course.

Hampton Lane, 500 block, at 10 a.m. Oct. 15. Jewelry stolen. Entry by unlocked front door. Neighbor reported seeing male in black pickup truck in front of house. No other description available.

York Road, 500 block, at 8:40 p.m. Oct. 14. A man asked another man for money to get to airport, but when he was given $5, he pulled out a gun and took $40. William Damon Jackson, 37, of Baltimore, was arrested for armed robbery.


Deepwater Court, unit block, between 10 p.m. Oct. 20 and 9:15 a.m. Oct. 21. Money, iPod, gym bag, clothing, camera, laptop, GPS, tools and CD player stolen from six vehicles.

Bridgelake Circle, unit block, between Oct. 17 and Oct. 18. Jewelry stolen. Entry through unlocked window.

Cockeysville Road, 200 block, between 12:01 a.m. Oct. 14 and 11:59 p.m. Oct. 15. Attempt to enter Marathon Roofing was made by drilling hole in wall, but was unsuccessful.


Rose Street, 100 block, between 11:45 a.m. and 12:12 p.m. Oct. 16. Snow blower stolen from unlocked garage.

Othoridge Road, 100 block, at 8:25 p.m. Oct. 15. Front door kicked open but house not entered. Intruder ran away.

Melancthon Avenue, 300 block, between 8 and 11:30 a.m. Oct. 19. Silverware stolen. Entry by prying open rear window.

Eastridge Road, 2100 block, between 6:45 and 9 p.m. Oct. 19. Television, cash, jewelry, watches and medication stolen. Rear door kicked in.

Hathaway Road, unit block, between 1 p.m. Oct. 13 and 6:15 p.m. Oct. 21. Jewelry and book bag stolen. Entry through rear unlocked window.
