Man, 60, dies in city from gunshot wound to head

Shooting occurred Saturday night in N.E. Baltimore

Baltimore police responding to a report of a shooting shortly after 11 p.m. Saturday discovered a 60-year-old man in the 3100 block of Garrison Boulevard in Northeast Baltimore suffering from a gunshot wound to his head, police reported Sunday morning.

The man was taken to Sinai Hospital, where he died from his injuries at 11:37 p.m., police said.

Homicide detectives are investigating the incident and ask anyone with information to call 410-396-2100.
