Networking event

The Youth Development Coalition, serving Howard County youth ages 6 and older, holds its annual "Professional Networking Event" at 9:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 22, at Howard County Library's Miller branch, 9421 Frederick Road. ADHD meeting

English conversation The Miller branch of the Howard County Public Library, 9421 Frederick Road, Ellicott City, offers "Let's Get Together: English Conversation Club," a chance for those for whom English is a second language to practice speaking and understanding English in a group setting.
