Traffic: Accident on I-695 outer loop near Route 40

No major delays on area transit systems

As of 9 a.m. Monday, traffic was slow on the outer loop of I-695 near Route 40, due to an accident.

Accidents were slowing traffic on I-95 northound near Moravia Road in Baltimore City, the outer loop of I-695 near Edgewood Road in Baltimore County, Park Heights Avenue near Northern Parkway in Baltimore City, North Avenue at Park Avenue in Baltimore City, and Harford Road near Jomat Avenue in Baltimore County.

A disabled vehicle was slowing traffic on I-895 southbound near Lombard Street.

Monument Street is closed between Wolfe Street and Patterson Park Avenue in East Baltimore, due to sinkhole repairs. Maryland Transit Administration bus 35 has been diverted.

There are no major delays reported on area transit systems.
