The National Weather Service is calling for Tuesday to be cloudy in the Baltimore area, with a high near 60 and north winds 5 to 7 miles per hour. There is a 20 percent chance of precipitation.

A small craft advisory is in effect until early Tuesday afternoon for the Maryland Chesapeake Bay from Sandy Point to Smith Point and from the lower tidal Potomac River from Cobb Island to Smith Point.

Tuesday night is expected to be mostly cloudy, with a low around 52 and calm winds. There is a chance of drizzle after 2 a.m.

Wednesday is expected to start with patchy fog before 8 a.m. and then become partly sunny, with a high near 70 and southwest winds 5 to 9 miles per hour in the afternoon. There is a chance of drizzle before 8 a.m.

Wednesday night is expected to be mostly clear, with a low around 44 and northwest winds 9 to 17 miles per hour.
