The National Weather Service is calling for Thursday to start cloudy and then become mostly sunny in the Baltimore area, with a high near 84 and east winds 5 to 10 miles per hour. There is a 50 percent chance of showers, mainly before 2 p.m. New rainfall amounts between one tenth of an inch and one quarter of an inch are possible.

Thursday night is expected to be mostly clear, with a low around 63 and west winds around 9 miles per hour.

Friday is expected to be sunny, with a high near 80 and west winds around 9 miles per hour.

Friday night is expected to be partly cloudy, with a low around 58 and southwest winds around 5 miles per hour.
