Derrick Anthony Morgan, 26, of the 6700 block of Parson Boulevard in Queens, N.Y., was charged Friday with marijuana possession. He was also arrested on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired for alcohol, driving while impaired by drugs and alcohol or drugs or alcohol, driving while impaired by drugs, failure to obey a properly placed traffic device, negligent driving and consuming alcohol while driving.

Michael Todd Pressley, 45, of the 2300 block of Lodge Forrest Drive in Sparrows Point, was charged Friday with first- and second-degree assault.

James Joseph Quinn, 25, of the first block of South Main Street in Port Deposit, was charged Friday with theft $1,000 to $10,000.

Alex Hernandez-DePaz, 21, of the 7900 block of Riggs Road in Hyattsville, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with urinating in public.

Michael Benjamin Charles, 30, of the 100 block of Shady Lane in Quarryville, Pa., was charged Saturday with theft between $1,000 and $10,000.
