The Harford County Sheriff's Office and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Javier Vazquez Nieves, 35, of the 2900 block of Beach Court, was charged Thursday with theft less than $100.

Charles N. Mauck, 25, of the 100 block of Poplar Hill Road, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol, speeding, driving while his license was suspended and revoked and eluding police by fleeing on foot.

Tony Vondell Drew, 41, of the 100 block of William Powell Court, was arrested Sunday on a Cecil County bench warrant in a case in which is charged with driving without the required license and authorization and not having valid stop lamps on a vehicle.

Javier Morales, 34, of the 300 block of Edmund Street, was charged Sunday with narcotics possession with intent to distribute, drug distribution with a firearm, illegal possession of a regulated firearm, using a firearm in a drug trafficking crime and two counts of drug possession other than marijuana.

Dwight Narcis, 34, of the 600 block of Possum Trot Way, was charged Sunday with drug possession with intent to distribute and marijuana possession.

Adrian Goodwin, 26, of the 4800 block of Limestone Court, was charged Sunday with narcotics possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession and use of a firearm in a drug trafficking crime.

Jewelry was reported stolen to the Aberdeen Police Department Thursday.

Four men were trying to break into a building across from Keyser Motel Friday in the 1300 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

A vehicle was vandalized Saturday in the 4500 block of Lesh Lane.

Gunshots were heard Sunday near Nova Scotia and Tower roads.

Aberdeen police report:

Stanley Roy Farmer, 46, of the 300 block of Center Deen Avenue, was charged Thursday with theft between $1,000 and $10,000, theft less than $100 and theft less than $1,000. He was also arrested on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended, driving while his license was revoked, driving while his out-of-state license was suspended and failing to give a signal to turn.

David Patton, 52, of the 6700 block of Huntsman Boulevard in Springfield, Va., was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

Casey Phillip Tourville, 27, of the 1900 bloc of Willis Road in Dundalk, was charged Friday with violating an ex parte order.

Brandalynne E. Mahan, 22, of the 2100 block of Pulaski Highway in Havre de Grace, was charged Friday with altering a drug or alcohol test.

Sara L. Montgomery, 30, of the first block of Chartwell Court in Perryville, was charged Friday with theft less than $100.

Tyler Scott Testerman, 18, of the 200 block of Schmechel Street, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree burglary, theft between $10,000 and $100,000, theft less than $1000 and three counts of being a rogue and vagabond.

Samantha L. Overbay, 21, and Jerry Wayne Hill, 34, both of the 2900 block of Willow Oak Drive in Knoxville, Tenn., were charged Sunday with second-degree child abuse, second-degree assault, disorderly conduct and vandalism more than $500.

A 15-year-old boy from the 1600 block of Swallow Crest Court in Edgewood was charged with disorderly conduct last Thursday.

Windows were broken Monday in the 600 block of Old Philadelphia Road.

A possibly rabid raccoon was in the 300 block of Walker Street on Monday. Authorities could not find the animal.

A vehicle was vandalized last Thursday in the 100 block of West Inca Street.

Someone broke in and took items last Thursday in the 300 block of North Post Road.

Someone was shoplifting Friday in the 1000 block of Beards Hill Road.

A wallet was found on a roof Friday in the first block of North Post Road.

A BGE worker sprayed a dog with pepper spray Friday in the first block of North Rogers Street. The complaint was referred to BGE.

Juveniles were shooting squirrels Friday behind Golden Corral, in the 700 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

Two water pumps were taken Saturday from the pumping station between Route 7 and Route 715.

A screen was broken Saturday in the 300 block of Kendrick Drive.

Money was stolen Saturday from Advance Auto Parts in the 200 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

Abingdon

Evangeline Marie Mayberry, 22, of the 2600 block of Long Meadow Drive, was charged Friday with second-degree assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and concealing a deadly weapon.

Nicholas Alessandro Rossi, 28, of the 2700 block of Singer Woods Drive, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with drug possession other than marijuana.

Richard William Zenobia, 31, of the 3700 block of Philadelphia Road, was charged Friday with driving and not having a passenger younger than 16 restrained by a seat belt, driving while his license was suspended and possessing a suspended license.
