Baltimore police said a 28-year-old man was killed early Sunday in East Baltimore and that, on the west side of town, a 22-year-old man walked into a hospital with a gunshot wound to his cheek Saturday evening.
The homicide happened in the 600 block of N. Belnord Ave. shortly after 3 a.m., police said.
The victim, who has not been identified, was found lying facedown with a gunshot wound to the head, police said. He was transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he was pronounced dead just after 3:30 a.m. Police believe the shooting was the result of an argument, and are searching for two men in a gray station wagon.
