A 56-year-old man was transported to Maryland Shock Trauma Center Friday after a two-vehicle accident near Northeast High School in Pasadena.

Matthew Tobia, battalion chief of the Anne Arundel County Fire Department, said officials responded to the accident in the 100 block of Duvall Highway around 5:30 p.m. The man had serious, but non-life threatening injuries, Tobia said.

A second victim was transported with minor injuries to Baltimore Washington Medical Center, Tobia said.
