The National Weather Service is calling for Thursday to be mostly cloudy in the Baltimore area, with a high near 82 and east winds around five miles per hour in the afternoon. There is a 40 percent chance of showers in the afternoon. Rainfall amounts between one tenth of an inch and one quarter of an inch are possible.

Forecasters warn that isolated thunderstorms late Thursday afternoon and Thursday evening may produce high winds.

Thursday night is expected to be cloudy, with a low around 67 and east winds 5 to 8 miles per hour becoming southerly after midnight. There is a 60 percent chance of precipitation. Rainfall amounts between one quarter of an inch and one half of an inch are possible.

Friday is expected to be mostly cloudy, with patchy fog before 8 a.m., a high near 78 and west winds 6 to 10 miles per hour. There is a 50 percent chance of precipitation.

Friday night is expected to be mostly cloudy, with a low around 61 and north winds 5 to 7 miles per hour. There is a 30 percent chance of precipitation.
