What does McDonough say about Towson violence?

September 26, 2012

I read with interest your article about the mob scene in Towson over the weekend ("Crowd of thousands erupts in Towson," Sept. 24). I'm sorry I missed it, but I was out of town.

Yet I can hardly wait for Del. Patrick McDonough, a Republican who represents Baltimore and Harford counties, to issue a warning about "roving mobs" who are "terrorizing" tourists there.

I assume he will be calling on the governor to send in the state police to protect us, while issuing warnings to the citizens from Maryland to stay safe and avoid Baltimore County at all costs.

In fact, I'm sure he'll be declaring Baltimore County a "no travel zone" until its safety can be guaranteed. Unless, of course, he's a complete hypocrite.
