Phelps' condo sold to Exelon executive

Joseph Nigro, senior vice president of portfolio management and strategy at Exelon Corp., and Melissa Nigro bought Michael Phelps' Fells Point condo in July for $1.25 million, according to court records and news reports.

Phelps bought the townhouse in October 2007 for $1.69 million.

The 4,000-square-foot condo is in the 900-block of Fell Street and part of The Townhomes at the Crescent complex. The condo has a rooftop lounge with views of the Inner Harbor, two parking spots and a fireplace.
