Harford County Police Blotter: Underage drinking reported in Bel Air

Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Erik Takacs, 22, of the 700 block of Plater Street, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with possession of an opiate without a prescription, drug possession other than marijuana and drug possession with intent to distribute.

Corey Lamont Blagmond, 34, who has addresses in the 200 block of Perrywood Court and the 200 block of Eider Court in Havre de Grace, was charged Saturday with drug possession other than marijuana.

Richard Andrew Elberson, 27, of the 600 block of Colaine Drive, was charged Monday with attempting to elude police by fleeing on foot and by failing to stop, theft $10,000 to $100,000, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, fourth-degree burglary, resisting arrest and two counts of reckless endangerment.

A baby was locked in a house alone Thursday in the 5000 block of Bristle Cone Circle.

A break-in was reported Thursday in the 1500 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

A work van was broken into Friday on North Parke Street.

People in a hallway were smoking weed Saturday in the 200 block of Mayberry Drive.

Items were stolen Sunday from the 1100 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

Two bottles of alcohol were missing Monday in the 1500 block of Old Philadelphia Road.

A customer kept bringing a goat into a store in the 1500 block of Perryman Road Monday.

A car was keyed Saturday in the 900 block of Avon Drive.

Shots were reported fired Saturday in the 1300 block of North Stepney Road.

Two tires were slashed Sunday in the 700 block of Custis Street.

A lawnmower was stolen Saturday in the 700 block of Robinson Avenue.

Two tires were cut Sunday in the 400 block of Holly Drive.

Money was taken from a wallet left on a housekeeping cart at the Hilton Garden Inn in the 1000 block of Beards Hill Road on Sunday.

An apartment was having a large party Sunday at Wilson and Roosevelt avenues.

Richard John Doran IV, 44, of the 3700 block of Pulaski Highway, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

Mark Archie Shorter, 53, Tara Raquell Shorter, 11-14-81, both of the 2800 block of Meredith Court, were charged Friday with second-degree assault.

Richard Donald Wagner Jr., 37, of the 3300 block of Emmorton Road, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and four counts of second-degree assault.

A vehicle in the 1400 block of Valley Forge Way was broken into Thursday.

Items were stolen from a purse Thursday in the 1400 block of Valley Forge Way.

A homeless man was making obscene gestures Thursday at Route 24 and Tollgate Road.

A ring was stolen Thursday from the 3100 block of Ashton Court.

Someone was passed out in a car Thursday in the 3000 block of Emmorton Road.

Someone's credit card was fraudulently used at a gas pump Thursday in the 700 block of Belair Road.
