Photo of Manny Machado in a tutu becomes a web hit

Manny Machado and the Orioles are making headlines on all sorts of national websites for their play this month.

On Friday, the rookie third baseman was getting recognized for a different reason.

A photo taken by Baltimore Sports Report blogger Avi Miller shows Machado donning a tutu as part of a rookie hazing ritual as the team left Camden Yards after Thursday's game to head to the West Coast.

Minutes earlier, Machado had the winning hit to guarantee the O's their first non-losing season since 1997. But that didn't let him get out of wearing a ridiculous costume for the road trip.
