'Ravens Tailgate Party'

Crab feast

Join a bus trip to the Fisherman's Inn Crab Deck in Grasonville on the Eastern Shore for a crab feast. The bus leaves at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 21, from the Ellicott City Senior Center, 9401 Frederick Road. The all-you-can-eat menu includes steamed crabs, Maryland crab soup, chicken tenders, coleslaw, corn on the cob, hush puppies, dessert, iced tea, soda and draft beer. Book and bake sale

Find a good book or two and purchase a fresh baked treat during the Ellicott City Senior Center's "Book & Bake Sale" beginning at 9 a.m. Friday, Sept. 21, at 9401 Frederick Road. Proceeds support the center's events and programs. Information: 410-313-1400.

'Considering Divorce: Your Legal Options in Maryland'

Benefit run/walk

The Summer's End 5K Family Run/Walk will be held beginning at 8 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 16. The entry fee is $20 per person, $10 for children 12 and younger and $40 for a family of four or more. Proceeds go to the Elkridge Food Pantry and Garden. The event includes post-race food and music. The course is flat, paved and free of traffic. Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome. Bicycles, roller blades, scooters and motorized vehicles are not allowed. To register, go to summersend5k.org. Late registration is 7 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. The run/walk starts and finishes at the Elkridge Food Pantry, 5660 Furnace Ave. Parking is available at the Volleyball House. Participants and attendees are asked to bring canned items for the food pantry.
