Fallston boys volleyball sweeps Havre de Grace

Harford Tech tops CMW, stays undefeated

The Fallston boys volleyball team won on its home court Thursday night, dispatching the Havre de Grace Warriors in three straight.

Fallston took the match with scores of 25-11, 25-11 and 25-16.

Havre de Grace was led by Sebastian Pruitt, who had four kills, four digs, two aces and one block. Sean Darney had two kills and four assists in the loss, while teammate Waseem Sidik posted three digs.

Tech over CMW

Harford Tech topped the visiting C. Milton Wright Mustangs, 3-1, on Thursday.

The Cobras, who are undefeated, won the first two games, 25-14 and 25-18. CMW came back with a 25-19 victory in the third game, but Harford Tech sealed the match with a 25-18 win in the final matchup.

Nick Waite led the Cobras, posting 22 kills, nine blocks, two aces and seven digs. Zack Valenti had 12 kills, five blocks, four aces, two assists and five digs in the victory, while teammate Sean Paulsen had two kills, two blocks, six digs and a match-high 45 assists. Josh Winter came through with three kills, one ace and 10 digs for the Cobras, while Hunter Norcross had 11 kills, two aces, six digs and one block.
