Man, 29, injured in shooting

Anne Arundel County police are investigating a shooting in Glen Burnie that injured a 29-year-old man.

Officers found the victim at a home in the 6400 block Colonial Knoll at 10:38 p.m. Friday. He and other witnesses told police multiple shots were fired from a location across the street from the home. Several officers, assisted by the K-9 and aviation units, canvassed the area but were unable to locate a suspect. Investigators have yet to determine if the victim was targeted or if the shooting was random.

The victim was treated at University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center for a wound that was not life-threatening, police said.
