Frederick and Debora von Briesen, of Columbia, announce the marriage of their daughter, Kasie Carlotta von Briesen, to Ryan Thomas Miller, son of Steve and Michele Brock, who reside in Martinsburg, W.Va.
The Rev. Gigie Sijera-Grant officiated at the ceremony held in First Lutheran Church, Ellicott City, on June 16, 2012. Johnny Funk and Sarah von Briesen were chosen as honor attendants.
