Man, 35, dies after shooting in Southwest Baltimore

Shooting occurred in the 3200 block of Walbrook Avenue

A 35-year-old man died after he was shot in Southwest Baltimore on Monday night, according to police.

Homicide detectives responded to an apartment in the 3200 block of Walbrook Avenue, in the Walbrook neighborhood, shortly after 9 p.m., police said.

According to a police report, the detectives found a man shot in the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 9:11 p.m., and his body was taken by investigating officers with the state's Chief Medical Examiner.

The identity of the victim has not been released. Homicide detectives are continuing their investigation.
