Tyler Lenny Keener, 22, of the 500 block of Green Street, was arrested on a bench warrant Sunday in a case in which he was charged with driving without the required license and authorization.
Matthew Paul Mobus, 28, of the 100 block of North Washington St., was arrested on a bench warrant Monday in a case in which he was charged with driving with a suspended out-of-state license.
There was a break-in Thursday in the first block of North Earlton Road.

Joseph Daniel Parrish, 20, of the 200 block of Schmechel St. in Aberdeen, was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia. Police were initially called because someone reported a group of people walking along Route 40 throwing debris in the road. A police officer who stopped them saw one of them, later identified as Parrish, allegedly throw a smoking pipe on the ground while the officer was talking to them.
Christopher Nicholas Ewing, 21, of the 500 block of North Stokes St., was charged Sunday with marijuana possession and possession of a drug other than marijuana.
Robin Lee Smith, 40, of the 200 block of North Main St. in North East, was arrested on a Harford County Sheriff's Office warrant in a case in which she was charged with theft less than $100.
A package delivered by FedEx was stolen Thursday from a home in the 100 block of Vencherie Ct. Police referred the victim to FedEx.

Patrick Stevenson Campbell, 55, of the 2800 block of Bradenbaugh Road, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault, vandalism, drug paraphernalia possession and possession of a drug other than marijuana.
Joshua Elson Scarlett, 18, of the 4200 block of Harford Creamery Road, was charged Friday with marijuana possession, possession of a drug other than marijuana, driving with a suspended registration and driving with a learners permit without the required supervision.
