Man, 35, found shot, wounded in West Baltimore

Victim suffered gunshot wounds to his upper body, police say

Baltimore police responding at 11:30 Saturday night to a report of a shooting in the 600 block of Ashburton Street in West Baltimore discovered a 35-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds to his upper body, police said Sunday.

The victim, who was not identified, was taken to an area hospital, police said. Detectives from the Western District are investigating the incident, police said.
