Harford County Police Blotter: A cab was stolen in Edgewood

Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Matthew Alexander Smothers, 41, of the 200 block of Mayberry Drive, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

Hugh James Comiskey, 55, of the first block of Franklin Street, was arrested on a bench warrant Friday in a case in which he was charged with disorderly conduct.

Bryon Keith Morrison, 41, of the 300 block of Graceton Drive, was charged Monday with marijuana possession, fourth-degree sex offense and second-degree assault.

A vehicle was broken into Friday in the 4900 block of Villapoint Drive.

There was a possible break-in Saturday in the 1500 block of Mitchell Lane.

A vehicle was broken into Sunday in the 1400 block of Old Stepney Road.

Aberdeen police report:

A backpack with medicine was stolen Monday in the 700 block of West Bel Air Avenue.

People were beating a dog Monday in the parking lot at Burger King, in the 1000 block of Beards Hill Road.

A bicycle was stolen Monday from a yard in the 600 block of Hickory Drive.

Two people were shoplifting Tuesday from ShopRite, in the 900 block of Beards Hill Road.

Someone was shoplifting Tuesday at Dollar General, in the Aberdeen Shopping Plaza.

Someone broke a window and entered the Aberdeen Hair Studio, in the first block of Church Lane, Saturday.

Abingdon

Sean Christopher Wright, 40, of the 4200 block of Birch Avenue, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

Thomas Christopher Clary, 18, of the 2900 block of Shelley Court, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct.

Jordan Michael Ayres, 21, of the 3700 block of Paca Avenue, was arrested on two bench warrants Monday in cases in which he was charged with marijuana possession, possession of a drug other than marijuana, theft less than $1,000, stealing another person's credit card and two counts of drug paraphernalia possession.

A tire was vandalized Thursday in the 3100 block of White Oak Drive.

A no trespassing sign was vandalized Thursday in the 2900 block of Strathaven Lane.

A purse was stolen Thursday in the 3400 block of Merchant Boulevard.

Medicine was stolen from a car Friday in the 3800 block of Memory Lane.

There were several thefts from lockers over the weekend in the 100 block of Walter Ward Boulevard.

A storm door was broken Friday in the 200 block of High Meadow Terrace.

A vehicle was shot at by a BB gun Friday in the 2800 block of Bynum Overlook Drive.

Bel Air

Robert Stephen King, 22, of the 1300 block of Spring Vale Drive, was arrested on a bench warrant Friday in a case in which he was charged with drug paraphernalia possession and possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Kevin Tyler Brooks, 19, of the 300 block of Sandown Park Court, was charged Sunday with marijuana possession, obstructing and hindering, resisting arrest, failure to obey a lawful order and two counts of displaying the government ID of another.

Mark Edward Kaminski, 19, of the 1000 block of Barrymore Drive, was charged Monday with theft less than $1,000, trespassing and second-, third- and fourth-degree burglary.

Tommy Lee Kimball III, 20, of the 600 block of Thames Way, was charged Monday with theft less than $1,000, trespassing and second-, third- and fourth-degree burglary.

Charles Dunkin, 51, of the 600 block of Thames Way, was charged Monday with failing to register as a sex offender.

Vehicles were broken into Thursday in the 1900 block of Laurel Oak Drive.

A wallet was stolen Thursday in the 100 block of Seevue Court.

A garage door was vandalized Thursday in the 1400 block of Moonshadow Road.

Mailboxes were knocked down Thursday in the 300 block of Point to Point Road.

A man banged on a front door and the door was egged Friday in the 300 block of Brunswick Drive.

There was an attempted break-in Saturday in the 300 block of Gairloch Place.

Two people stole from a store Sunday in the 1600 block of Churchville Road.

Bel Air police report:

Devin Christopher McGraw, 30, who has a post office box in Edgewood, was charged Thursday with resisting arrest, failure to obey a lawful order, making a false statement to a police officer, two counts of drug paraphernalia possession, three counts of drug possession with intent to distribute, three counts of possession of a drug other than marijuana and three counts of second-degree assault.

Patrick William Doyle, 47, of the 700 block of Rockspring Road, was charged Friday with vandalism and being a rogue and vagabond.

Jeffrey William Childs, 22, of the first block of Spindle Hill Court, was arrested on a bench warrant Monday in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault.
