Annapolis man charged in triple stabbing

Three victims expected to survive

A 25-year-old Annapolis man has been charged with attempted second-degree murder in a triple stabbing near his home Friday.

Marcus Levon Freeman also faces three counts of first-degree assault and remains in custody at the Anne Arundel County Detention Center on $1.2 million bond.

Freeman is accused of stabbing three people at an aparment in the 700 block of Newtowne Drive, near Forest Drive. The suspect lives in the same apartment complex, police said. The three victims did not sustain life-threatening injuries.
