A 25-year-old man was shot three times Tuesday evening in the city's Franklin Square neighborhood and remains hospitalized.
Police responding to shots fired in the 200 block of North Mount Street found the victim at 9:45 p.m. in the 1800 block of West Lexington Street. He was lying on the street, suffering from wounds to his chest and leg. He was taken to an area hospital.
