A shooting in Sandtown-Winchester Monday seriously wounded a 19-year-old man.
Police responded to reports of shots fired shortly after 10 p.m. in the 900 block of North Calhoun Street at West Lafayette Street. They found the victim suffering from a grave gunshot wound to the neck. He remains in critical condition at an area hospital, police said.
