A coastal flood advisory is in effect until 8 a.m. Friday for Anne Arundel County.

Saturday is expected to be partly sunny, with a high near 94 and south winds of 5 to 10 miles per hour. Heat index values will be as high as 100 degrees. There is a 40 percent chance of precipitation.

Saturday night is expected to be mostly cloudy, with a low around 78 and south winds 6 to 9 miles per hour. There is a 40 percent chance of precipitation.
