If churches are so opposed to the Affordable Care Act's contraception coverage, they need to respond in the correct arena. Rather than appealing to government to change the law, they should man up and just fire their employees who take advantage of contraception coverage. They could require all employees to sign an affidavit declaring that they will not avail themselves of contraception while employed by the religious organization, under penalty of immediate dismissal. Let them worry about the lawsuits that will arise (it will be "good for jobs" in the legal sector). Or, let churches start paying taxes if they want the right to whine about secular law.
