Bankruptcy is for those who are legally insolvent, unable to pay their debts. So how is it that RG Steel is planning to pay multi-million dollar bonuses to 10 executives ("RG Steel executive bonuses approved by federal judge," July 19)?
Since they were running the company, one would assume they created this financial disaster and therefore should be that last in line to receive any payments.
