Tanya L. Riddle, 44, of the 1000 block of Agate Drive, was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case in which she was charged with drug paraphernalia possession.

Wayne Stuart Soth Jr., 21, of the 1800 block of Grempler Way, was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case in which he was charged with driving without the required license and authorization.

Bruce Braxton McDougald, 25, of the 1800 block of Emily Drive, was charged Friday with indecent exposure.

Allan Dale Cosner, 52, of the 1700 block of Crimson Tree Way, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct.

Porscha Pauletta Taylor, 23, of the 1800 block of Eloise Lane, was arrested on a bench warrant Monday in a case in which she was charged with theft less than $100.

Miguel De-Leonchan, 20, of the 1700 block of Judy Way, was charged Monday with speeding and driving with a suspended license.

Someone was selling drugs Thursday in the 1700 block of Judy Way.

Someone stole a vehicle overnight Thursday in the 400 block of Sugarberry Court.

There was an attempted theft from a vehicle Saturday in the 1200 block of Windy Branch Way.

Bicycles were stolen Saturday in the 1900 block of Sidnee Drive.

A rear tag was stolen off a vehicle Sunday in the 1700 block of Judy Way.

A dirt bike was stolen Sunday in the 1300 block of Apple Ridge Court.

A stop sign was stolen Sunday at Lilac Court and Winterberry Drive.

A vehicle was vandalized Monday in the 1900 block of Chipper Drive.

People were having sex on a lawn Monday in the 1700 block of Van Bibber Road.

Fallston

Eugene J. Buchta, 23, of the 2800 block of Harford Square Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Sunday in a case in which he was charged with theft less than $1,000 and theft scheme less than $1,000.

Two shoplifters were in custody Thursday in the 300 block of Fallston Boulevard.

A  vehicle was vandalized Thursday in the 3000 block of Bellechasse Road.

A guy took cartons of cigarettes Sunday in the 200 block of Connolly Road.

Items were stolen in a garage break-in Monday in the 1400 block of Crest Way Court.

Forest Hill

Crystal Elaine Crouse, 23, of the 700 block of Walters Mill Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Sunday in a case in which she was charged with theft less than $100, telephone misuse and harassment.

A vehicle was vandalized Thursday in the 2100 block of Mardic Drive.

An iPod was stolen Thursday in the 2500 block of Lora Mae Court.

A travel trailer was broken into Friday in the 200 block of Cartland Way.

There was an attempted break-in Monday in the 2200 block of Melrose Lane.

Havre de Grace

Someone was breaking into a home Thursday on Locust Street.

A bull was walking down Hopkins Road Friday.

A barn was broken into Friday in the 1500 block of Glenville Road.

There was a theft from a garage Saturday in the 1600 block of Glenville Road.

Parts were stolen out of an air conditioning unit Saturday in the 1500 block of Pulaski Highway.

Batteries were stolen from vehicles Monday in the 4000 block of Chapel Road.

Havre de Grace police report:

James Dehaven, 23, of the 800 block of Erie Street, was charged Thursday with second- and fourth-degree burglary, vandalism and theft between $10,000 and $100,000.

Ashley Lynn Whipp, 18, of the first block of Shady Lane in Conowingo, was charged Sunday with violating a protective order.

Several boys are believed to have broken out windows with small rocks and gained entry to a house through a basement window in the 1300 block of Blenheim Lane on Friday. Nothing was stolen.

A bicycle that had been chained in the 400 block of Green Street was stolen Friday.

Medicine was taken Friday from the 300 block of Congress Avenue. Police have a potential suspect.

A vehicle window was broken Friday in the 500 block of South Union Avenue. It is unknown if anything is missing.

A vehicle was damaged when someone was breaking glass bottles against a wall Friday at Franklin Street and Lodge Lane.

Three 14-year-old boys from Havre de Grace were arrested after they were seen pulling on car door handles at about 3 a.m. Saturday on Lewis Lane and later found with two GPS systems, five packs of cigarettes and a camera. They were charged with theft and curfew violation.

A laptop and car keys were taken from a car Saturday in the 500 block of Concord Street.

A woman's ex-husband sent threatening messages and phone calls to her in the 800 block of Tydings Road on Saturday.

A tire was reported damaged Sunday in the 900 block of Bern Drive.
