Harford County Sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Joshua James Baldwin, 34, of the first block of Baltimore Street, was arrested on a bench warrant Friday in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault.

Cherelle Gordon, 22, of the 200 block of Mayberry Drive, was arrested on a bench warrant Friday in a case in which she was charged with driving with a suspended license and privilege.

Nathaniel B. Brown, 54, of the 100 block of Hanover Street, was charged Saturday with reckless driving, driving with a suspended license and privilege, driving with a revoked license and privilege, driving without the required license and authorization, speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol and negligent driving.

John Richard Brown, 28, of the 200 block of Walnut Lane, was arrested on a bench warrant Sunday in a case in which he was charged with marijuana possession, drug paraphernalia possession and possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Madeline T. Pratt, 21, of the 1400 block of Perrywood Drive, was charged Sunday with theft less than $1,000.

Joshua Lee Testerman, 25, who has addresses in the 200 block of Schmechel Street and the 1500 block of Maple Avenue in Perryman, was charged Monday with violating a protective order.

Jessica Renee Crouse, 23, of the 200 block of Valley Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Monday in a case in which she was charged with theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

A bicycle was stolen Monday in the 200 block of Poclain Road.

Thumb drives with personal information were lost Thursday in the 1200 block of Technology Drive.

Someone broke into a home Thursday in the 700 block of Gilbert Road.

A residence was broken into Saturday in the 2700 block of Carsins Run Road.

Aberdeen police report:

Kerry Dwayne Winfield, 24, of the 100 block of Paradise Road, was charged Thursday with second-degree rape and fourth-degree sexual offense.

James Washington Crook Jr., 64, of the 6000 block of Eastern Parkway in Baltimore, was charged Thursday with marijuana possession.

David Lawrence Jackson, 52, who has addresses in the 100 block of West Aztec Street and the 600 block of Stepney Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Friday in a case in which he was charged with trespassing, disturbing the peace, drinking alcohol at a dangerous level and two counts of disorderly conduct.

Albert T. Nyembwe, 41, of the 900 block of Pulaski Highway in Havre de Grace, was charged Saturday with violating a protective order and trespassing.

Eric Matthew Wienecke, 20, of the 1800 block of Hamlet Place, was charged Sunday with marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession.

Two men were fighting Thursday in the 100 block of West Inca Street.

Someone broke a vehicle window Thursday in the first block of Aberdeen Avenue.

People on bicycles broke a vehicle window and stole a purse Thursday in the first block of Pritchard Avenue.

A vehicle window was broken Thursday in the 100 block of Brannan Road.

A center cap on a wheel was stolen Thursday in the 700 block of Custis Street.

A license plate was stolen Thursday in the first block of Baldwin Circle.

A purse and its contents were scattered on a property Thursday in the 500 block of South Rogers Street.

Items were stolen from a vehicle Thursday in the 400 block of West Bel Air Avenue.
