Deadline for Top Workplaces nominations extended

Employees at more than 100 Baltimore-area companies do and already have nominated their employers for The Baltimore Sun's Top Workplaces.

We decided to extend the deadline to Aug. 17 to encourage even more nominations.

Anyone can suggest a company — employees, interns, customers, even executives. It doesn't matter if the workplace is for-profit or nonprofit, privately owned or publicly held, but it must employ at least 50 people.

The Sun's partner, WorkplaceDynamics LLC, will survey employees of nominated companies to rank them. Winners will be announced at an event in late November and featured in a magazine to be published in early December.
