Lisa Albin has been named director of Church and Public Relations for Carroll Lutheran Village, in Westminster.
Her responsibilities include writing and editing news releases, newsletters, brochures and other publications; media relations; developing special programs for residents and the community; and raising the profile of Carroll Lutheran Village.
Albin comes to Carroll Lutheran Village from The Arc Carroll County where she was the director of development. She was previously the marketing communications manager for the Carroll County Times, the public information officer for the Maryland Emergency Management Agency, the news director at WTTR radio and a news reporter for WGET/WGTY in Gettysburg and WPOC in Baltimore.
She holds a masters in mass communication from Towson University and a bachelor's degree in mass communication from then-Towson State University.
