A Baltimore County man was convicted of first-degree murder in an attempted drug-related robbery of a Milford Mill teen in 2011.
Reginald Frederick, of the 3900 block of Nemo Road in Randallstown, was found guilty Monday by a Baltimore County Circuit Court jury in the shooting death of Willie Cedric Jackson, according to the state's attorney's office.
Jackson was found by officers the 4000 block of Winlee Road, suffering from gunshot wound to the head, March 27, 2011, prosecutors said. Jackson, of the first block of Heatherton Court, died at Northwest Hospital.
Frederick's sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 24. He faces a possible life sentence.
A second man, Sterling Lewis, has also been charged in the killing. His trial is scheduled for October.
