Farmers' market coupons

Farmers' market coupons will be available during July at the Department of Aging and Disabilities, seven senior activity centers, two senior housing communities, and four nutrition sites. Coupons are for residents 60 and older who meet certain income guidelines. To be eligible, individuals may earn up to $1,722 per month and a two-person family can earn up to $2,332 per month. Please bring photo ID.

Coupons may be picked up from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays beginning July 16 at 2666 Riva Road, Suite 400 in Annapolis on a first-come, first-served basis until they are gone.

Coupons will also be available from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the centers:

•July 10, Brooklyn Park Senior Center, 202 Hammonds Lane.

Music festival

Cake, Citizen Cope, G. Love and Special Sauce, Robert Randolph and the Family Band, J. Roddy Walston and the Business, Jimmie's Chicken Shack, Audra Mae, Yuna and Joe Pug are among the performers at this year's Silopanna Music Festival, scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 11, at the Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds in Crownsville. Reunion notices

The Annapolis High School Class of 1972 celebrates its 40th reunion July 28 at Bay Ridge Marina Clubhouse, East Lake Drive, Bay Ridge, Annapolis. To register and purchase tickets or for more information, go to ahs1972alumni.org.

A half-century has passed since Baltimore's City College graduated more than 600 young men in 1962, and a reunion is being planned for Oct. 13. Organizers are trying to contact every class member but haven't found everybody. Summer nature camps

Museum open house

Baysox: No smoking!

The Bowie Baysox have implemented a no-smoking policy at Prince George's Stadium. Smoking will no longer be permitted at the end of the third base concourse. While is restricted inside the stadium, it will be permitted in specified areas outside the front gates. Fans leaving the stadium may re-enter with a game ticket. Information: baysox.com.

Study of old age

The Department of Aging and Disabilities seeks people 80 and older who are mentally acute and in good health as possible candidates for the National Institute on Aging's study on longevity. Qualified participants will receive a complete physical examination, including tests of strength, stamina and mental acuity. Information: 855-804-3325.

Human relations panel

The county Human Relations Commission is seeking applicants to fill a vacancy. The 11-member commission is a volunteer body established to promote fairness, eliminate discrimination and harassment in public and private sectors, and advance understanding and effective communication among people of different backgrounds and cultures. Applicants must be at least 18, county residents and able to attend evening meetings on the third Wednesday of the month. Legal experience is preferred but not required. 'Operation Paperback'

This nonprofit organization collects used books nationwide and sends them to American troops deployed overseas. Since 1999, more than a million books have been shipped to military personnel around the world. Organizing the effort in this area is Sandy Marron of Annapolis.
