Coming in No. 10 on the list of Top 10 highest-dollar home sales for the month of April is a brick home in a tree-shaded yard on the waterfront.
The $1.3 million property, sold by Beth Tyler of Long & Foster Real Estate, is at 7673 Colonial Beach Road in Pasadena.
According to Tyler, the owner says the home's open floor plan is among its best features. The master bedroom, one of four, is "INCREDIBLE," Tyler said.
The kitchen has wet bars. The house has a full bathroom with a second laundry area for towels and bathing suits to accommodate trips from the dock and beach. And the dock sits in deep water with a nearby beach along a protected creek, Tyler said.
"Honestly, the house just had everything," Tyler said in an email. "You name it, it had it."
