1542 Gastropub's days are numbered. The South Baltimore restaurant and bar had been operated by the same owners as The Reserve until just this part March, when it was reopened with a new name and a new chef, Cyrus Keefer.
Now, apparently, the owners of 1542 Gastropub are part of the team readying Banditos for an opening nearby on South Charles Street.

Kit Waskom Pollard reviewed 1542 Gastropub for the Baltimore Sun in April. She loved the Cyrus Keefer's food. Everyone always does. There's no word yet on where Keefer will land next.
