Belcamp

A vehicle was vandalized Friday in the 1300 block of Germander Drive.

Churchville

Lisa Nicole Kitzmiller, 28, of the 2900 block of Churchville Road, was arrested as a fugitive for Virginia Friday.

Darlington

A postmaster was bit by a dog Friday in the 1600 block of Trappe Church Road.

Edgewood

Aiesha Eva Green, 29, of the 6200 block of Cedar Drive, was charged Thursday with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without the required license and authorization, driving with a suspended license and privilege, giving a false name to police and driving an uninsured vehicle.

Quayzon R. Barnes, 19, of the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way, was charged Monday with third-degree burglary, second-degree assault and vandalism.

A rock was thrown through a car window Thursday in the 400 block of Winterberry Drive.

A vehicle was vandalized at McDonald's Thursday.

A person was trespassing on the tracks Thursday at the Amtrak Railroad and Perryman Road.

People in an apartment were stealing electric Friday in the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way.

A residence was broken into Friday in the 3000 block of Sounding Drive for copper.

There was an attempted break-in Saturday in the 900 block of Topview Drive.

A truck tag was stolen Saturday in the 1400 block of Saint Christopher Court.

A house was broken into Saturday in the 1900 block of Eloise Lane.

A rock was thrown through a window Saturday in the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way.

An ice cream truck was broken into Sunday in the 300 block of Sounding Drive.

Methadone medication was stolen from a vehicle Sunday in the 600 block of Lake Avenue.

Fallston

An iPhone was stolen Friday in the 1300 block of Martin Meadows Drive.

Items were stolen from a garage Sunday in the 2500 block of Rochelle Drive.

A vehicle was vandalized Sunday in the 300 block of Fallston Boulevard.

Forest Hill

A residence was broken into Saturday in the 1700 block of Boggs Road.

Havre de Grace

Dalsia Latish Townley, 34, who has addresses in the 400 block of Strawberry Lane and the 400 block of Booth Street in Elkton, was arrested on a bench warrant Monday in a case in which she was charged with driving with a revoked license and privilege.

Handicap tags were stolen from a vehicle Friday in the 4100 block of Rock Run Road.

Havre de Grace police report:

Stacey Michelle Adams, 41, of the 1700 block of Earhart Road in Essex, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct, failure to obey a lawful order, second-degree assault and second-degree assault of a law enforcement officer.

Someone stole a fuchsia lily plant Thursday from the 800 block of Otsego Street.

Two men were hitting each other Thursday near the lighthouse in the 100 block of Lafayette Street. Neither had visible injuries.

A man found another man passed out on his deck Thursday in the 200 block of North Washington Street. He did not report the incident until after the man woke up and left.

A screen door was cut and door damaged Saturday in the 900 block of Otsego Street, but no entry was made.

A man passed a counterfeit bill Saturday at 7-Eleven on North Union Avenue.

A car was stolen Sunday in the 600 block of Congress Avenue by suspects who may be known to the victim. The car was found the next day in the 600 block of Bourbon Street.

M&Ms were put into a gas tank Sunday in the 3700 block of Norrisville Road.

Joppa

Bobbie Maurice Allen, 51, who has addresses in the 700 block of Joppa Farm Road and the 1300 block of Washington Boulevard in Baltimore, was charged Monday with failing to notify as a sex offender and two counts of failing to register as a sex offender or giving false information.

Kevin David Henry, 58, of the 1000 block of Hanson Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Monday in a case in which he was charged with failing to register as a sex offender.

Oil was stolen Thursday in the 1000 block of Joppa Farm Road.

Medication was stolen or lost Thursday in the 1300 block of Pulaski Highway.

A residence was broken into Thursday in the 100 block of Haverhill Road.

A home was broken into Friday in the 100 block of Haverhill Road.

Street

Richard James Ruth, 24, of the 2900 block of Dublin Road, was charged Saturday with two counts of theft less than $1,000.

White Hall

There was a break-in Saturday in the 5400 block of New Park Road.

Whiteford

There was a break-in Thursday in the 4600 block of Green Marble Road.

Eric Michael Yarnell, 32, of the first block of Four Pines Road in Quarryville, Pa., was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case in which he was charged with marijuana possession.

Clifford Edward Poindexter III, 34, of the 100 block of Courtney Drive in Elkton, was charged Thursday with marijuana possession.
