Elliott Colin Gladden, 17, of the first block of Norman Avenue, was arrested on a bench warrant Friday in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault.
Che Jaron Durbin, 33, of the 1000 block of Warwick Drive, was charged Saturday with narcotics possession with intent to distribute and possession of a drug other than marijuana.
Nathaniel Leroy Grimes, 52, of the 400 block of Bel Air Avenue, was arrested on a bench warrant Saturday in a case in which he was charged with driving with a suspended license and privilege.
Jacquelyne L. Scales, 39, of the first block of Pritchard Avenue, was charged Sunday with failure to stop at a steady red circle, failure to attached registration plates at the front and rear of a vehicle, driving with a suspended license and privilege, driving with a suspended out-of-state license, driving with a suspended registration and failure to maintain required security for a vehicle during the registration period.
Stephon Nathanial Epps, 28, of the 400 block of Dorsey Street, who was being held at the Harford County Detention Center, was arrested as a fugitive for Pennsylvania Monday.

Bradley Adam Bawgus, 20, of the 300 block of Cooke Street, was charged Thursday with marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession, possession with intent to distribute and manufacturing drugs.
Alexander Isaac Brown, 49, of the 200 block of Engle Avenue, was charged Friday with possession of a drug other than marijuana, drug paraphernalia possession and narcotics possession with intent to distribute. He was also arrested on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving without the required license and authorization.
Andrew B. Bright, 59, of the 2400 block of Gibson Road in Forest Hill, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and second-degree assault.
Kurt Andrew Lapaglia, 26, of the first block of great Oaks Drive, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree burglary and theft less than $1,000.
