June 02, 2012|by Annie Linskey

Manchester, NH -- Maine Republicans looked to Harford County to provide criticim of Gov. Martin O'Malley, who is set to address the Democratic convention in that state this evening.

"As Mainers meet Gov. O'Malley they will undoubtedly be impressed with his charm, his wit, and his seemingly impassioned speeches about helping the middle class," said Harford County Executive David Craig. "Marylanders have fallen victim to that too."

Craig said that O'Malley has put the middle class "under attack" and with his tax increases.

Craig's statement went out Saturday afternoon, as O'Malley wrapped up schmoozing with the New Hampshire Democratic party at their Manchester convention. The governor was set to head up to Maine this afternoon to keynote their fundraiser.
